Cancellation Policy

Last minute postponements or cancellations are occasionally unavoidable. Please note that the following charges apply:

  • Cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment will be subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the advertised booking price ($475 incl. GST, per session, for preschool shows and $705 incl. GST, per session, for all other shows)

  • Cancellations within 7 days of your appointment, but more than 48 hours in advance, will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the advertised booking price ($237.50 incl. GST, per session, for preschool shows and $352.50 incl. GST, per session, for all other shows)

  • Cancellation fees will be invoiced immediately with 14 day payment terms

  • Cancellation fees will also apply if your booking is postponed or rescheduled to a later date, or vacated for any other reason, with less than 7 days’ notice
